As Managing Partner of Blueprint Capital Partners, Ryan brokers commercial and construction financing across Texas serving developers, builders, and business owners with a process engineered for fast decisions and clean execution. With 15+ years in finance and lending, Ryan is known for turning messy deals into lender-ready files, sourcing capital through both traditional lenders and non-traditional funding when the bank path slows down.
